Seems like you have hearsay where I have, admittedly, limited, experience. I have used them 4 times, once so-so, thrice very good/great. "Trash" certainly does not apply to the girls. Whoever it is who runs the site, I have found they generally deliver what they promise. At this point, I would have no reason not to use them again. Tokyo is a tough nut for the foreigner to crack. I honestly have no idea who actually runs the site. If they own/run TAG, isn't it up to them how they run it? Hard to see what your argument there is.
