Hey fellow Mongers,
   Just curious what other’s do before the appt?  I’ll try to eat well the morning of
the appointment and stay well  hydrated so helps the bigger load lol (coconut water is key 2!)If any of you   Are looking to get an extra edge with energy liquid b12 is
game changer. The day Before  game day I’ll shave up and groom down there for
her. Nothings better when a fresh shaved kitty is ready for some DATY or 69.. so I
try to return the favor being groomed. As far as drinking to much water before
plays a roll as well don’t Wanna have to hold going pee as you’re walking up, so
I try to cut down a hour or so on the water till the magic door opens. As far as what I wear I try to Blend in not over dress to make it look like I’m just coming back
from a walk/ workout.  After the good deed I usually I have a little bottle of
mouthwash just for extra per caution. If anyone of you have the SO at home I also have a change of clothes in the ol trunk we all know that smell could get you into
Some trouble with the yummy kgirl  smell all over you, but nothing is going to take all the juice smell away from the fresh DATY on your face, my trick is if it’s close  to
The time to see your SO, I pull out I’m might be coming down with a sore throat.
There’s no way to hide that kitty smell on your lips. The Last thing you need is to
have her smell it.  But the one that could save the day is flat out tell her you went
to a massage spot for real rub and that’s why you smell diff if you feel there’s no
way to hide the scent from them and don’t have any thing set up before hand.  
But yeah just a few pro tips for you guys. Was just seeing if there some other tips
others use in this wonderful hobby we have.

One thing I liked to use a few hours before a session is phenibut.  As someone who is on the introverted side, it gave me a glimpse of what it's like to be extroverted, and it would usually make sexual encounters more emotionally fun.  In America, it's a legal substance you can buy online, but I know there are some countries (like Australia) where it's not legal.  That's how you know it works.  If you try it, use it responsibly and very sparingly.  Three times per week is the most anyone should be using it, and less frequently is better.  Back to sex though:  this blog post has a good summary of what it can do for you (and her).

@Evolved - If you search online for phenibut, there are many online sellers.  I usually buy from LiftMode.  I also usually buy 100 grams at a time, and that lasts over a year for me, because I use it sparingly.  It's become a lot more expensive since the COVID lockdowns though.  Before, it used to cost $25 to $30 USD for 100 grams.  Now, you're looking at about $90 USD for the same amount.

For anyone who tries this, I recommend following this rule.
After you take it, do not let yourself take it again for a full 48 hours.  Let your brain reset.  This prevents withdrawal symptoms from ever happening.  It is a potent psychoactive drug that should be treated with respect, because it can hurt you if you don't.  It's illegal in some countries for a reason.

The only exception to this would be in the beginning when you're trying to figure out what dosage is right for you.  A normal dosage is 1000mg, but let's say you're not feeling it after 2 hours.  You could take another 250mg and see how that feels.  During this kind of self-experimentation, the 48 hour rule wouldn't apply until you find a dosage you're happy with.  Hopefully, you guys get it.  Be smart and use this drug sparingly.

Another thing.  I don't think you need to take it 4-5 hours before sex like the article that I linked to in the previous post said.  If I take phenibut on an empty stomach, I feel it within 20 minutes.  In my experience, it doesn't take that long to kick in.  It does last a long time, and I agree with the article on that point.

@barKada and @Evolved - Phenibut will make you feel less inhibited, so you'll notice its effects most when you start interacting with people.  You might notice that you're suddenly a lot better at talking to people.  I've heard that sales people use this as a performance enhancer.  You may also notice being in a more positive frame of mind.  It's like looking at the world through rose tinted glasses for a few hours.  I wouldn't say it makes you feel high.  You still feel normal but nicer and more sociable.

As for driving on phenibut, it's not a problem at all.  It has no affect on your motor skills.  I've driven to many a kgirl appointment while on phenibut with no incident.  You're practically sober as far as driving is concerned.  Some people have said that phenibut is like the good parts of alcohol without the bad parts.  It's not totally accurate, but it's not totally wrong either.

I have to say this, though.  If you ever use phenibut and alcohol at the same time, STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM A CAR.  Phenibut will amplify the effects of alcohol, so if you thought your judgement was bad when you're drunk, it'll be even worse when phenibut comes into the mix. Phenibut + alcohol is a dangerous combo that should be avoided.

It's rare, but for some people, phenibut doesn't do anything.  I don't know why.  Maybe they're already extroverted, and phenibut is superfluous for them.  Just in case this happens to you, buy a small container of it first so that you can verify that it works for you.  If it does, then you can splurge on a bigger container.  I'd hate for anyone to waste money on something that doesn't work for them.

@barKada - It's recommended that you get a small digital scale so that you can measure the weight of the powder.  You can pick one up on Amazon for around $20.  (Search for "digital scale powder")  Some people do sell phenibut in pill form, but I like working with the powder, because it gives you a lot of control over dosing.

when my appointment is 2 hours away I
-eat a small meal
-shit, if I need to
-brush teeth/mouthwash
-groom, if necessary
-shower

Things I like to accomplish, aside from and despite the point of the visit. of course.

I want to take my vitamins that day to help the body
I wan tot eat about 3-4 hours before the visit to have some fuel in the tank
I want to poop before hand to vacate the bowels
I want to shower before the visit
I want to shower after the visit
I want to know at least the cross-streets before hand so I can time the visit properly WRT where I am
I want to pee shortly afterwards
I want to alcohol up my hands, outside of mouth and the crotch area right after the act
I want to gargle alcohol soon after the act
I want to shower as soon as possible after the visit

I always carry the following with me:

sanitizer bottle
condoms I am comfortable wearing (provider condoms are generally tiny/cheap)

So the routine is generally:

Vitamins in the AM

4 hours before:
a light meal, like a small sub
Start to arrange/schedule the visit
Drink some water while arranging the visit

Once I score an appointment:
Find out rough location and how long to get there.
Drink some more water
Poop/pee sometime in this timeframe if possible

1.5 hours before and up to the time of leaving:
shower,dry off  and lay on the bed naked
gather up only what I am planning  on taking (sanitizer, donation, phone, condoms, water bottle, 80 proof airplane bottle of alcohol (OPTIONAL))
Lay out my outfit, unassuming boring streetwear
re-verify the appointment

10 minutes before leaving
brush teeth
shave
gargle mouthwash
light deodorant
last minute primping

5 minutes before leaving
dress up
double check I have all that I am planning on bringing
Verify the appointment one last time

Leave, have appointment.  Ask to wash up before starting if I have to pee, and wash hands as needed.


Right after appointment and still there (after -ALL- fun acts are done except for perhaps a goodbye hug/kiss)
Shower there if available
Alcohol up the crotch area, their sanitizer or yours
Alcohol up the hands and any other areas you deem need it
gargle 80 proof alcohol,either brought  bottle or visit bar
Pee again if possible, slam water bottle to help pee if not

After leaving
If any items in the "right after the appointment" section did not get done, get it all done as soon as practical.
