I was in Chiang Mai in January, first trip in many years. It's Thailand's second-largest city and popular with tourists. The art scene is thriving, there's hip areas, great coffee everywhere, temples, ...
Spot on by a pro.
I punted 1-2 times in Chiang Mai a long time ago. There used to be a fishbowl massage place under the parking deck of one of the large older hotels on the west side of Huay Kaew before you go up the mtn Doi Suthep. And a few other massage or soapie style places around the southern ring road, but they catered to Thais or Japanese/Korean golfers.
