I've seen Jade multiple times now, and although I give her more paperwork than what I give others, I do think it's worth it.  There have been enough reviews of her that I don't think we need another one with the play by play.  So I'll instead provide some highlights from my visit last month.

* After showering, she directed me to sit down in a chair near a full standing mirror and then proceeded to kneel down infront of me and provided a great BBBJ including special attention to my balls which I really appreciate.
* Watching her on top in CG and RCG is a real treat.  I find her technique to be a real treat and its a delight to watch her smile and bounce up and down.  She's in great shape for someone in their mid 30s and if I squint a little in the dark room, I can imagine she is Charmaine Star providing great service.
* She always is up for another round and gives it a good try, even when I don't feel up to it.  Excellent service with a smile!

I've repeated multiple times in the past and will continue to do so in the future when I want a dependable PSE type experience.  p.s. PSE means to me what I see in my favorite videos, not whether or not I wear the cover or not.
