Just a curious question regarding tips at saunas/spas in HK, how much do or should you tip the masseuse or beautician for different kinds or actions? Then again, I think the “no tipping “ culture is a bit odd given the providers are essentially in the service industry and likely compensated poorly to start with.

I believe it is posted somewhere), but for spas, e.g. Kawaii, etc., you're not obligated to pay. Typically I tip based on service with them, if they're good about 200, not good is about 100 (and never see them again), and if shocking then I don't tip - but that's a general policy for me.
