So I looked up Google maps. Streetviews shows only one mp next to a 7-11. The 7-11 is at No. 113號, Section 2, Minsheng E Rd, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, Taiwan 10491. There is a huge banner outside saying massage for 1300ntd. Phone number is 02-2521-7979.
