For those that have ben around a while, any favourite spots that don't exist anymore? How long have places like fuji, JSL, etc been around and "active";)

Champagne Court in TST was an old stomping ground for me a few years back. It’s the old apartment block next to the the Mira hotel and The One shopping mall on Kimberly Street. The whole building got bought out by one the big property developer a few years ago. JSL absorbed the Champagne’s business obviously and I actually prefer JSL because it’s a much larger building and I like the winding corridors of JSL more Nd discovering nice surprises hidden in its nooks and crannies. But I have some great memories from Champage Court - if you read one of my previous posts in an older thread in this forum you will find out why.

Sun Kai Mansion near the corner of Hennesey and Fenwick (next to 7-11) was a happening spot more than a decade ago. However, the non-WG tenants decided they wanted to clean up the bldg and kicked all/most of the WGs out. They added a gate with code and also more active "security guards" and eventually made it a hassle for guys to visit. But before that, there were some legends there.
My favorite was Kiki, who was this MILFy vixen that had a superb body. I think the consensus was she had fake tits, but they were really, really well done. On top of the hot body, she was a fantastic service oriented girl. Really knew how to put you at ease or turn you own, feel comfortable and allow you to have great time.
There were a few others there also, I think Bobo and maybe an Angel or Angel Baby and a Sammy, that were also well-reviewed and often busy with customers. A lot of the girls here were a little more $ than CC in North Point or the spots in Sheung Wan, but also typically a bit better overall IMO.

Hop Yee Building on Lockhart, not far from Fuji, would occasionally have some gems.

Coronet Court in North Point used to have a good supply of 7-day SYTs, as did the Triangle of Pleasure around the pocket park at On Fu Road in Tai Po back in the day.

Not exactly a spot per se but I think all the Thai lovers like me are missing Roy's girls (TR). The ladies were very beautiful, peppy, friendly with good service. You could book any girls of his stable you would never be disappointed.

National Court on Nathan Road in Jordan used to have some hidden gems and I managed to be a regular of a cracking part timer who worked as an estate agent in her day job.  Also, 6 Observatory Road was a oft frequented location when I developed this habit more than 25 years ago.........

The blessed KP in Jordan, not a "nest" but an institution, where I spent huge amounts of time, money, and seed , 2005 - 2019.

Mongkok 8. Really gritty and nasty place but I loved the atmosphere. Friendly papa-sans that all looked like they came straight out of a triad movie. They had the best young chinese talent there in my opinion.

So many legends in SKM...Angela, Kiki, Vivian, Sammy. It was my favourite hotspot to visit 10 years ago!

Island Sauna next to Grand Hyatt. Place dripping with beautiful local girls. Weekly visits from 2000-2004.

There was a good stretch of time (many years ago...) when Electric Road in Tin Hau was known for its Thai WGs, often very pretty, very friendly, and good at what they do.

Good old Red Lips Bar in TST, was always good, expensive but that was before I discovered this forum and all the 141 walk ups

New lucky house in Jordan had a Thai nest corridor on the 2nd floor above the gym. Some nice ones found there. Damn you covid…
