I decided to try a different approach.
I found Wiwin on WeChat after sending a bunch of messages to the people nearby. She shared some photos and videos so I was more confident of this attempt. But still wary, I asked for us to meet at one of the local bars nearby my hotel. I figured I can sus her out first to make sure I wouldn't get catfished again. Met up after dinner and luckily gents, she looks exactly if not better than her pics. Cute and petite, she was the perfect size for a little throwaround, if you know what I mean. She speaks very basic English, but fortunately my Indonesian is decent despite being an expat. Also fortunately in Bali the locals can speak enough English to please the tourism, so don't worry about communication.

I dont know if it was the booze in her system or its a part of her service, she didnt show nerves and was very handsy throughout the wash.
