Bangkok. In the past Pattaya had some advantages. In the COVID Era, Bangkok has the edge assuming you're OK with Thai providers.

Before Covid time - Thailand , Philippines were good places to have fun.

Vietnam good looking girls but more scope for fraud/scam, people speak less English and that's a communication gap.

Phnom Penh is growing place but not for someone into good looking women. In comparison to neighbor countries, haven't found myself an 7/10 most times here in PP. Prices are cheap, usual is 50$ and can be negotiated to 35$ sometimes(for overnight too).

Having lived in Indonesia for a few years, I would say there is definitely good value for money.

Shangrila Makati Manila was my go to place. The spa there had a good supply of young girls who did a great massage and HE. Have not been there for over a decade now.
The Peninsula Hotel in room massage was great with lovely young girls. Some were up for FS.

From my experience you either just have a drink at a bar and wait for one you like to walk in…if you white, even if she is with her bf I’d say you have a good chance.
