(so I can help some in the relevant way (see reply to post on Sammi))
as I am a rather domestic (weird) animal generaly (bored to death) at home.
My wife's contacts to the "world" are probably a x5 to x10 risk factor,
and our DH maybe x10 to x20 mine,
so if we get hit, I am the unlikely cause,
and to be fair with the cases going ballistic the word "tracing" is becoming a joke.
Also at the speed of infection (vs. result on a test
...and accuracy)...it should be very difficult to identify who was first (infected),
the chicken or the egg
So when I am on the loose, I try to make that count (i.e. not 1/2h, more likely hours)...for them and... me (on a risk adjusted basis).
That said, my WISH is that my wife (or our DH) gets Omicron asap, passes it to me....we are all grounded at home for 1 week
(have several very relevant examples under covid doctor eye to confort this) ...maybe 2,
then adding this to 3 shots, that becomes a
...."License to Punt" at will

For now, among my regular 141 I have not yet heard any screaming for help (they know me well enough not to hesistate),
it was me in one case that helped her relax prepaying some future sessions (she highly appreciated but never asked).
