Really miss weight training in the gym but i found that this pyramid routine to be somewhat entertaining.

50 jumping jacks
40 squats
30 pushups
20 buttups
10 burpees

repeat 3x

It depends on your level of fitness...working back into things then i'd go for a tempo run but if your pretty fit then make it an interval run.

They guys I work with do the run as a interval run and finish the whole workout in 35 minutes or so.  

Also you can add a weighted vest for added resistance.

It's the best when your constantly moving and travelling for work. Pop open the laptop for a quick workout anywhere and fit it into your time.

Masturbate everyday. Get the juice out and exercise arms, grip.  Need to make sure both hands are used instead of relying on one. Lift up hips to tone up hips and legs. Helps lose weight
