Hey everyone,
First time posting. I'm normally just a lurker, but I got annoyed enough by my experience to share it with you all.
It started off with me contacting them directly through Whatsapp. I suggested a time, they came back and offered a bit later time and I said ok.
I arrived 15 minutes early and when I rung the doorbell, they seemed surprised to see me. I wondered if I got the wrong place but I showed them the Whatsapp conversation and they said come back in ten minutes.
So I went out and waited a bit longer so they could get ready, and I arrived ten minutes after the agreed time.
I rung the bell again, and yet again they seemed surprised to see me
I tried to explain that I booked in advance but they just said no.
So knowing when I'm not wanted I left in a huff.
Complete waste of time. If they weren't open or weren't ready for business then why confirm an appointment in advance?
Sorry for the rant.
