No its not standard and the menus do not offer it (well as of last October anyway)

Penetrative sex (vaginal or anal) for cash is technically illegal in most of Japan, as far as I know, hence the menus only go up to CIM/COB (and why the BJ bars are so blatant) and the girls won't even take condoms to the rooms in case of a bust.
