Ended up choosing D1 because I'm staying at the Sofitel and thought I might as well try it since Rio would've been annoying to get to for free.

Anyway I took the sofitel free shuttle and checked in. Decided to get some wonton noodles for lunch, got an egg tart on the way back and went for some low stakes blackjack. Sofitel has a great casino with 100 HKD/MOP blackjack, which im pretty sure is the cheapest bj game in macau. A couple of hours later and I left up 1500 HKD. Was up 2500+ at one point but stayed at the same table too long. Then went to the hotel's executive lounge for a free drink & some food before D1.

D1 is literally less than a 5 minute walk from Sofitel and has 2 entrances. There's the main hotel entrance (A as per below) but there's also another entrance which bypasses reception (B).

Walk in just before 7 and see about 30-40 women and 2 groups of 2-3 guys each already there. There's definitely some reasonably pretty girls here, and I saw some big tits on a couple of them. The problem is they're all sitting down and apart from the first row and a few girls standing off to the side you really can't see their bodies. Luckily the group next to mine ask a couple of them to stand up so at least that's something.
