This is the second time you have asserted the copyright to your pics of a WG that another member used in a report.

In both cases, the pics were taken from the "My album" section of the girl's db entry.

The albums of many WGs include pics lifted (automatically?) from reports on the Chinese side, some (but certainly not all) of which are posted by agents or their shills.

Not all the pics in the album may be from such reports. The source of individual pics may not always be obvious, especially to members who don't read Chinese.

The forum rules allow pics from the db to be used without RA. No mention is made of the need to give credit for such pics, as far as I can see.

Perhaps this is something that the members can discuss.

Meanwhile, the most effective way to assert your moral right of ownership of the photos is to post them in a report on the English side as well. I would be the first to give you credit (in the form of karma) for your work.
