Red Lips used to be down in Lock Road, TST.  Totally dodgy place but I loved it.  It closed maybe 18 months ago I think.  The same owner had Big Apple in Mody Road and, low and behold, I see that it has been rebadged as Red Lips (since August 2017 apparently)!!  The previous Mama San (who was insane but awesome) has retired but Helen is the new Mama San and seems nice enough, Anna is the Head Mama San just so you know the pecking order.  

Usual drill for most Curtain Bars in Wanchai, girls drinks are HK242 but you can negotiate to HK150 with a little effort.  I didn't take a girl there, none I was really into and I suspect the price they will ask is HK4K or more.  I get tired of the negotiation at times. Red Lips was always a "starter bar" for new girls, my previous GF was just 18 when she started there but they dont allow anyone under 21 now.  

Easy to find on North side of Mody Rd just walk from Nathan Rd and you will see it easy enough.  Six lovely Pinay work there on a six month rotation.

there were 2 girls there and they were the main and only attractions … most of the clientele we're middle aged or older, mostly expats and regular customers
the 2 girls always wore knee length chun sam and stocking below the knee, the girls went around to each table sitting on the customers' lap and drinking with them …

I wouldn’t call it a clip joint, while the services are expensive they are quite upfront and you don’t get a surprisingly crazy bill at the end of the night - you can see your tab the whole time.
