After reading reports by ranfan1 and Tbear, I went ahead and gave this place a try. I walked from my hotel near Ben Thanh Market in District 1 to the parlor. It took about 15 minutes.

When I got there, I was directly to the 2nd floor. Undressed and put my clothes in the locker. Each locker has a small bag for your phone, wallet which you will bring with you. Then walked the sauna and jacuzzi and took shower. After showered, handed a pair of shorts and robe. Directed to the waiting room and gave me a bottle of water.

Waited 10 minutes and walked upstairs to the room. There are about 8-10 rooms. The room is small but clean. Ten minutes later, the 24-year-old cute masseuse walked in. She was about 5'5" with a tight body. She wore a tight-fitting uniform.
