HG-NY Agent no show

So I decided to give HGs my first try. Called NY agent (in cantonese) and booked a time.

I arrived 10minutes early but called the her and she replied with something along the lines of "you're early, I'll call you back".

So fast forwarding to the agreed time, no call. I then called the agent again..and again.. and no one picked up until I decided to just call it a day. Is this common in HGs?

Any other agents recommendations? none of that B&S and PS shenanigans.
