My recipe for the 'big' bro :-

- Lamb meat (high in zinc and therefore .. you know it)
- Young Coconut Juice - high potassium
- Hot milk 2wice daily
- Almonds & Walnuts (40 gram intake of each) everyday
- Seafood (especially mackerel). Oysters are 'man's' best friend.
- Veggies (lots of green leaf veggies)
- Garlic (each day at least 20 grams intake)

Cut down your fatty food regimen though. A good dose of cardiovascular exercises also keep your body pumping, hence blood circulation to all organs.

Wear loose clothes.. especially innerwear, do away with tight Y-fronts .. go BOXERS instead !

Thank heavens I never had to use blue V or the yellow C at my age but hey, the above recipe works fine for me.
