Ok, here is getting started guide:
#Booking:
1. Search the forum for reports which interest you.
2. Either find the contact of the spa/agent or specific girl (you might have to 'rate' the report in order to be able to ask the poster about it)
3. Add the contact to your Wechat
4. Wait for them to accept you
If spa/agent:
1. Click on their profile picture and go through their Moments (like photo feed).
2. Look through all the girls, they usually have a number somewhere (photo caption, overlay, etc.)
3. Ask/Tell the agent about you wanting her (here you can ask if she is good for your needs)
4. Ask/bargain price and time. [I personally like to have them somehow mention them, together with the expected services, so you can pull up your phone and show the agreement. They usually respect it]
5. Go to the place at the given time (ask the agent the location)
6. Tell the number you want.
7. Go with the flow.
8. Report on the forum

Note: if the girl is different, or doesn't look attractive anymore, it is fine to send her away (in these days of heavy photoshopping). Same if she doesn't want to do certain things which were promised or the final price.

1. Same as the agent but you probably won't be able to bargain much.

#Walk-ins:
If you are an adventurer (we need them these days!), you can just walk up and with (or without) your language skills, do everything in person. That's has obviously pros and cons:
Pros:
- Pick just the girl you like
- Might be able to bring the price down if they like you
Cons:
- The best girls might be busy
- Might not able to access the "wechat discounts"
- Extremely hard if you don't speak the language

Yeah, set amount of time, set amount of services (if the gal ends the massage/playtime earlier, she will either ask to leave or hang out with you until the time is up). Usually you get just 1 shot (so make it count!). Some might say it's company policies, some might say it's because they will get told off, some will do it (never heard of it though). They might make you pay for the extra shot(s). Nah, they are usually all in the game. A massage with BBBJ/HJ is usually fine from your side. That's why it is nearly impossible to get any FS in this way (that's what might cause them HUGE problems if caught).

Dunno about the shoe. Just be careful and have some manners. I'd say to always go and ask for taking a shower (if they don't ask you to) and bring your phone with you (translator FTW).
I never tip and plan to continue doing so unless the service is built that way (for instance going to veggie massage places and then bringing the girl to the room for the happy ending for a big tip).
