How do I post reports? Noobie here

Hi guys,

I tried searching on the forum about the point system in writing reports but I cannot find the answer. i want to share mmy experience for my fellow bros aftering visiting HK. How do I start writing reports as I cannot find the new thread
Button. I want to post in the 141 walkin sections.
