If you are thinking about backpage route, you need to worry about bait/switch, robbery or upsell.

Yes, Hobby shop girls look about 50%-70% true to their photos.  Don't expect the super models shown.  That being said, it's still ta good time, service is generally good. The girls may not be smoking hot but they are certainly doable.  It's an easy, and convenient route for the noob that doesn't want to risk an independent.  There are also AMPs in the chinatown areas.
