I can't tell you the number of times I've been in a veggie massage place and the sounds coming from next door clearly indicate that it's not strictly non sexual.  I've had a couple girls get naked and friendly but never full service before they disappear back to mainland.  Makes me wonder if there is a secret password to getting extras...  Awhile ago I was in a Thai massage and just been finished with a HJ and the noises from next door start.  I look at my girl and say that's the service I wanted and she just smiles.  Today a similar thing, when getting massaged clearly sounds of joy from next door, but no joy for me.
