Virtually all girls in HK do not allow pictures of their faces, let alone a video of them in action.
An incident discussed on this forum was specifically about that, and while the OP apologised, it was quickly found out among working girls as the community is quite small and these things spread like wildfire. Definitely need to ask for permission, but they may ask for additional compensation.
In short, don't get your hopes up too high for this in HK. Girls in other countries appear more relaxed about it.
