For those unfamiliar, when you buy a sauna package at shuntak you pay a set fee and when you are in the room you have to give your girl cash (depending on model its between 400-600) <-- This may be only for this broker? please correct me if im wrong guys.

After an uneventful ride over to Macau, I exited immigration, called an Uber and before i knew it I was at the sauna.  I have mentioned this before, but I hate it when staff badger you for tips. I had that experience last time i came here, but this time it was alot more chill.

I stripped naked and was given a towel from a very bored looking locker room guy and walked through the jacuzzi area to the showers. I rinsed off and was dried off and helped into the robe (tip of $20) prior to entering the lounge

The lounge was rather full and I plopped down on a seat and ordered a drink and some snacks... My legs were alittle sore so I asked for a leg massage and before i knew it i was getting my ears cleaned by balls rubbed and a foot rub

After all the massaging was done, I got my nails cut while Watching abit of TV.

I have always wondered how the scrubbing girls are at Rio and decided to go for a hamam scrub (Sorely disappointed, would not recommend it).

By the time i was done, a show had just started so i looked around and saw quite a show. There were around 30-40 girls around (mostly chinese, with 2 Russians, 3 Venezuelans, 3 koreans and 2 or 3 japanese girls). I wasnt planning on choosing and was on my way back to lounge when one of the Venezuelan girls locked eyes with me and gave me a big smile. I was sold.

The manager told me that i would need to give her $400 in the room. and told me  to wait while they readied the room. After a min or two i was escorted up by an assistant through the labyrinth of corridors to one of the rooms.

Shortly after i sit down on the bed, she arrives and gives me a on the cheek and asks how my day was. After a bit of chatting, She called someone on the room phone and then the fun began.

We both stripped then went towards the shower where I got a very thorough cleaning and even a bit of a BBBJ and rimming. After the shower she helped me dry off then arranged her gear on the side of the bed.

Thanks for the report, currently planning a trip to macau in october so any and all reports on the latest charges and talent happenings round the spas and saunas will be very helpful. I had no idea rio asked you to pay an additional fee to the girls in the room, kinda seems like a sneaky charge for first timers (or is it only for coupon users?)

I am not sure if it is only for coupon users. I suspect its for all. I was at east spa a few weeks ago and you did not pay the girl in cash there.

With respect to the money paid to the girl in the room, it's not actually an additional fee. The money you pay the girl in the room is taken off the charge you pay when you leave. It's not a sneaky charge or restricted to coupon users, it's just that some of the saunas in Macau seem to have changed over to the "some money in the room" system within the last six months or so. For example, in Emperor Sauna you pay some cash to the girl, but in Familia Nobre it's all put on your bill at the end (at least that was my recent experience). Just make sure that you have cash with you when you go (ideally lots of 100s).

many of the saunas have changed their billing system.
e.g for a D1 $1700 Viet WG
last time, you pay in full after you choose the girl, before going into the room.
now you pay $1200 at the cashier, then after the deed, you pay the WG $500.

there are mainly 2 reasons for this change.

1) Easier management for the saunas. No more weekly payout to the WGs. The WGs basically collect all their money on the spot from customers directly.
2) Punters' tendency to give tips is much higher now. In most saunas, punters leave cash in locker. So no tips. But now, you have to bring money in, if you get good service. you will probably tip.

Tip:
If you forget to bring cash, you an still swipe your card in full, and the cashier will give you cash to give to the WG.
and... now at least you truly know how much the WG pocket.
in this case, the venezuelan only gets $400.

now, without asking, i get to know the "price" of many WGs in macau.
and so i usually will contact them directly.
e.g D1 girls mostly only get $500.
instead of paying $1700+ to D1, i pay the girl $1000 to come to Zhuhai.
she earns more, i pay less, and i get multiple pops.
win-win situation.

If this side cash is the true amount the girl earns I don't know why the sauna manager's are whining that sauna's aren't profitable even though their margins are large
