25YEARS OLD

My nickname says 77 but i was born in the 85 so i m now (my birthday is today aajhaa) 23 years old.
I really love HK, maybe better than China, and I wish I could work there.
I'm a University student (Tourism Economy...) and I'm planning to finish it maybe in 2 years from now. So when i  finished it i'd be 25-26years old.
So i will still young and without any working experience I can speak english ,quite well I just need to re-pracitce my speaking skills since here in Italy i can't speak english with anyone.., I'm learning mandarin (by myself with a chinese friend of mine who said that now my skills are better than a chinese elementary kid )  ..ah and I studied french.
I ve decided anyway to spend at least 5 years ,after university, to find a job here where I live but i'm just curious.. if i decided to go to HK and find a job (any ,i'm not interested in high paied job XD), how many possibilities I'd have to find one?
And if I 'd like to open a typical italian restaurant ,nothing fancy, is it possible? or i must have a sponsorship also for that?

I know that for working there you must have a sponsorship visa(?)...
and what about Singapore..it's easier or harder to find a job in there?

Plan before setting of first .i.e. flat, rent, salary..does it add up..
Makes sure you have enough capital to get by those days working or not....or looking for work

Are you rich enough.....renting a place to turn into your ideal restaurant will be hard and expensive.....
Sponsership..?. Will someone sponser you....Why, what do you have, experience etc.
If you are a great Italian cook then different story.....but may need to work up the ladder....

Singapore.....Dont know and have not been....search the internet.....info in abundance...
