About it being seedy, compared to some of the short stay places I have been to in Jordan (e.g. the cheap and nasty love motel in Foremost), the Beverly rooms were the equivalent of 5 star accommodation.

#5 Post at 24-12-2015 08:40  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #1 spunk888's post Victoria is my go-to in Wanchai - it's well managed, and there's an incredibly discreet side entrance/exit for those who are paranoid But if you want best quality, take a few stops to Tin Hau (or a short taxi ride) to the Victoria there BUT if you're planning ahead, you should always check up booking.com or another discount hotel site.  For the price you pay for 3 hours in a good hourly, you can get a decent quality real hotel for 24 hours in off-peak seasons ... and you can feel the difference in your girl "in" your girl pun oh, never mind!!! I can't get into my regular hotel until after 3, that hotel is in WC. Any advice on a filler spot between say 7:30 and 3 pm? Met a girl in Wanchai who was adamant about going there, but I chose Beverly instead. Friend was also coerced to go there as well which he did. Yes its close to Neptune 3. He reported that the staff there were Filipinas and I wonder whether there was a "room commission" since my girl wasn't too happy when I did not succumb. Any thoughts? Personally I prefer to use Park Excellent Villa which is a block away from Victoria. But Beverly which I have used twice is quite spacious. As a married guy I have the excuse if busted that I am going up to eat Korean food.
