How do I make a booking?  Given that I don't speak Canto, can I just text and rely on the receiver to sort me out?
Understand they'd call back to ensure I'm legit.
Is there a high likelihood that the person on the phone will speak decent English?

Also, do either of these categories do outcalls?

Generally walk ups are a bit older more experienced. While honey girls are younger more of a GFE.

Honey Girls = Hotel Girls: these are 95% mainland Chinese girls 18-28 who come to HK to work for 7 days and then return to Mainland with a stack of cash.
-- Process: call the phone number and tell them what girl you want at what time. If you don't speak Canto it's still not a problem. Many of. The agents speak English. Try this: 1) send sms to agent saying girl name and time with. Question mark (e.g. LG octopus at 4:30 pm?)  2) Wait 3 mins and then call the same number and say the same few words. Usually they will understand. Ask them to text you the hotel name and phone number (Chinese name may be nothing like English name). Use the agents which list a lot of girls and you will have better luck.
Photos: they are all photoshopped, especially to make the eyes look bigger. Look carefully at the body pics and then watch the video. Usually you can get a pretty good idea of what you are getting. But in general if the face in the photo is a 9, then the face in person will be more like a 7-8. Sometimes the girls are prettier in person, but less often

Walk up Girls: these are usually Older Hong Kong women 25-40. No appointment necessary just walk up to their door and see if they are available or not. If they aren't just wait outside for 15-20 minutes until the guy inside finishes and its your turn. The girls are cheaper, more experienced, fatter, and older. But not always and if you look around enough you can find some gems. Also Thai girls will do this as well.

If you are geographically challenged, use google maps. Most of the best Honey/hotel girls work near TST in Kowloon.

The bigger agents don't bait and switch usually. It happens rarely if there is a scheduling screwup but 95% of the time you get the girl in the photos. She just doesn't have as pretty of a face as the pictures.

If you are worried about this, take a screen shot of the girl you want. When you enter the hotel room the girl will ask if she is acceptable. Pull out your photo and compare it to the girl and ask if it's her. If it's not then she will tell you and you can leave or stay. Even if it's the girl you wanted you can turn her down and the agent will send you to another room for another girl.

Sometimes, if you go early, say 1:00 pm, the agent will let you go to a room with 8-10 girls and you can pick who you want. I prefer to pick from the photos since you get a better sense of her body, but if face is everything for you this may be a better method.

Walk up Girls: these are always independents, who make their own decision to enter the business, and either rent or own their own place.  This means you can meet all sorts, from the sublime to the ridiculous.  Even and old and fugly lady may have a loyal following of regulars, who crave whatever it is she's made her signature move.  Yes you can meet evil witches who I have no freaking idea how they make rent let alone make a living!  You can also meet young girls substituting for a friend, young attractive Chinese, Thai, and everything up to retirement age and beyond.  Once I met an airport checking girl on a mission to make some cash fast.  You get to choose, and you get whatever you negotiate and manage on the spot.  And you get all that for about half what you pay in a hotel.  No Agents, no minimum or maximum service levels, she sets her price, and you take it or leave it.  And, yes, you'll be in her apartment which will be as grotty or as clean as she makes it.  No booking required, you just knock on the door, decide whether to enter or not, and deal directly with her.  

Then again ... maybe we shouldn't rewrite it ... don't want to be giving the game away, it's too good to share!
