I rarely punt in mongkok as i spend a lot time there and don't wanna be recognised/bump into ppl i know. The only 2 places I've visited that had Russians this trip were coronet court and fuji. Hotel walk ups are another option. If you can go to macau then 18 will definitely have a handful of them. Otherwise try familia nobre but they usually have less. From experience russians in the saunas in macau will give better service but are much more expensive. In any case, check out the various sub forums for more details.
