When looking at the DB, in services, what are the differences when a WG is a Part-time Buddy, Massage, Veggie Massage, Massage, Outcall, Honey Girls, or SPA?

I found many on the long post as well but not a bunch that are listed on the home page of Sex141.  For example what is,

Honey girl, part-time buddies, warming pipe, sweep the crotch, point massage, lymphatic massage, massage and lymphatic exhaust, oral sex with water, leg splits, leg lift, cold mutual blow job

At first I thought this was a problem with translation of Chinese to English but I'm not sure that explains all of them.  

Are “whole package” and “complete set” the same thing and does this mean “full service” as we would say outside of Hong Kong?

Honestly I don't believe the various descriptions are any more than marketing hype.  Certainly, in this field there is no organised Exchange that regulates standards or definitions as you might expect in a commodity market ...
At the end of the day, there are girls, and each one is willing to do certain things, and each one has her unique limits and areas of discomfort.   

Probably the most interesting observation is how the limits change for the same girl with different guys.

This means what you negotiate is what you get, and that depends as much on your own approach as it does on her advertised willingness.
So, beyond the 5 most broad distinctions, which are
  self-employed vs agent managed
  in-call vs outcall
  veggie vs intimate
  HJ vs BJ vs FS
  vanilla vs kinky
you don't really need to waste mind-space or time on the rest of the definitions.  Every girl, and every agent, will come up with a different way to position their services in order to seem more appealing or more attractive ... but at the end of they day the same 5 distinctions what matter.

Best thing is to know what you're looking for, come up with a few girls who you can't immediately eliminate based on your criteria, and then start a conversation either face-to-face or via phone / SMS.  As long as you're willing to walk away if your discussion is unsatisfactory, you'll get what you want.  

And so, of course, will she.
