what if the police were to bust in mid-fuck....or actually the girl was a policewoman...

what are my rights?
I know prostitution isnt illegal....but saying that i know it is a massive gray area...
but does anyone know much about this area?

But the short answer is that there are circumstances under which it is perfectly legal to have sex in exchange for money (sex with one girl, in a location with just you and the girl, and with nobody else making money from the transaction).

If you do ever commit a crime (whether deliberately or by accident) the rules of evidence do not require a police officer to participate in any way before she can arrest you!  Obviously ..!

Good news: if you want to know the law in Hong Kong, you can find it ALL published online, by the Justice Department, in an easily searchable website.  Search and you will find.  http://www.legislation.gov.hk/blis/eng/index.html   Read and you will understand, and hopefully become smarter.  

If you do ever get busted in a raid, don't worry, the police will very kindly and patiently explain exactly what they want you to do ... and what happens to you depends only on what you were doing, what happens to the girl depends only on what she was doing ...

It's always interesting to go back to the legal sources.  But they do leave me scratching my head and wondering what's really a criminal offense.

For example, take Chapter 20, Section 118D... "A man who commits buggery with a girl under the age of 21 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction on indictment to imprisonment for life."

"Buggery" is a rather odd, formal term.  West's Encyclopedia of American Law describes "buggery" as "The criminal offense of anal or oral copulation by penetration of the male organ into the anus or mouth of another person of either sex or copulation between members of either sex with an animal."

By this definition, BBBJCIM with a girl under 20 could result in life imprisonment!  Really???

Another good reason for taking advice from a lawyer!!  It is interesting that the HK Law doesn't specifically address the definition of buggery ... which means the courts would adopt the Common Law definition used in a precedent.  But that is confounded by Cap 200 118M which abolishes the Common Law definition of buggery without giving a new definition of it.  

and that means without further checking it's not clear if CIM is buggery or not in Hong Kong!  

But it is (obviously) clear about anal sex with a girl under 21 (not 20) ... you have been warned

The interesting thing about this section is that it applies to ANY woman under 21 -- not just WGs.  So in theory the cops could arrest you in your own home making love to your wife or GF.  Pretty scary, really...  

Of course, who's ever heard of anyone getting arrested and tried for buggery...  except maybe high-level politicians in Malaysia...
