Craigslist hookup

Doesn't sound like hooking up with a CL WG in my or her hotel room is legal. Reading through all posts here it seems like it is "tolerated". How safe is it really to call a CL lady to room. Should I expect LE to break in my hotel room and hand cuff me. What do they generally do?

I suspect your biggest concern with a CL lady should not be the police.  The much more likely outcome is that you get B&S'd or otherwise scammed...

Have fun, CGP

can't comment on a legal matters, I'm not a lawyer,

... but I can say I don't know of any law that forbids an exchange of sex for money between two adults, as long as both are sane, and no other person is receiving money or making arrangements.

We do have a Forum rule not to discuss or post about unpaid sex ... that would create too many complications, so it's a taboo here ...

If she's not a HK resident, or is resident but doesn't have a work visa, the police might arrest her for doing work.  Oh, and her employer is potentially liable for HK$200k fine and 2 years in the clink.  But they'd do that regardless what work she did, it has nothing to do with sex per se, it's just the work visa rule.
