#1 Post at 25-7-2014 15:25  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L WG's registering at Hotel Going over to Shekou and looking at staying at a more up market Hotel and decided to check with management re entertaining over night. The hotel says no problem but the girl must register and have either a passport or Chinese ID card. Am I likely to have any problems with this especially since the crackdown has not finished. I don't want to lay out the extra cash just to end up sleeping alone.

I have punted here plenty but the cheaper hotel don't give a shit who is in there with you and I have never had to check if the girls had ID with them. No SO so no worries about a girls name on the register

#4 Post at 26-7-2014 18:29  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I heard from some "travel agents" that if the girl is staying over night, it's best to add her name on the register. Should the LE come as long as you can say her name and your relationship, you should be fine. Anybody can confirm this?
