I'd just cruise on up there in the evening/night have a walk around..at the very least you can check out the markets  and all the second hand computer stuff..crazy scene, Its not a touristy place but i've always felt safe there. locals pay approx $200-250..non local they will try it on for $400-500 but don't pay that much champ..$300-350 at the most Hongkong hols
