You could try some of the websites like adultwork,sexy escort ads, girl directory,city of love etc. Or you could even try craigs list. Or you could even try a directory like international sex guide. Alternatively given your criteria you could try going to a Macau sauna and asking for an English speaker - no personal experience mind you, I'm just guessing, since it's not something I look for.   There's no guarantee of service in this game.  Just whatever you communicate with the girl.
