How to prevent HPV? Condoms, no exchange of bodily fluids of any type.  That means no kissing, CBJ, DATY, DATO, and you can add anything else that exchanges fluids.   If you like a nice handshake, you should be totally safe from HPV, happy punting. And to echo the comment above, something like 75% of sexually active people aged 16-35 have HPV (in the USA anyway). It's astoundingly high.
