Followup on looking for used smartphones...

I checked out 83 Argyle Street in Mong Kok. That building with numerous stores selling phones and accessories. Are the phones being sold here legit? Like are they real from the manufacturer and in working order? I'm a little suspicious because some of the iPhone 4s and 4Ses are actually quite cheap compared to what I've seen them going for in Canada and America. A few shops had signs advertising used iPhone 4s at under 2,000 HKD.

Many clone units are being scattered and sold in the market.
Be beware of these clone units.
I bought my S4 from a direct user and for authentication, i not only tested the unit with the Samsung Secret Code, checked the units IMEI numbers, checked the NTC sticker, and had it checked at our local Samsung Care Center before i paid and bought it.

wow, remind me never to offer you a copy watch Bro!

on the subject of Samsung phones... what's the purpose of the curved one? Seems a lot of people were expecting it to be bendable... in fact it's just curved right? so you can "rock" it to get some info? is there something more to it?

I guess the curvature is supposed to to be ergonomically optimized for you hand.

Maybe the curvature also helps with defracting/protecting any light on the screen making it easier to see in bright sunlight... but that's just me guessing.

actually it's aimed towards the girls

the curved surface acts as a magnifying mirror when they use it to check on their makeup
