I do not think it is a safe place to monger. This is already in addition to the rule that you cannot stay in the same room if unmarried. P4p scene is still kicking at Apocalypse Now. I'll share my reports soon

#9 Post at 4-9-2013 03:54  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L I was in HCM about a month ago, followed a tip from a fellow monger and go to Ben Ny Hoc Toc for some BJ service (similar to Lolita's in BKK he said), but it was closed, a nearby place is closed as well. Asked my friend about it and he confirmed with his business partner that there are some raids in HCM. These places are illegal in vietnam; i don't know about bars or pick-up places as I was there for only a very short amount of time and have minimal free time.
