Only gotcha is that, once in the room, some girls (at some places) might try to upsell you to FS, and if you decline, some evidently can get a bit testy, ruining the experience. One place in Mongkok that seems to be largely a massage/HJ place, but is a reasonably clean sauna (that is, not a grotty 3-room flat with random girls working at any given time) is Lung To Kok Sauna, 479 Shanghai Street. I was there recently and had a good experience; will write it up soon.
