Has anyone tried AV agent in TST?

They were around on/off before, definitely not a regular agent with a good reputation backing them.  I tried to book AV. Soh with them yesterday.  I booked two hours in advance, and girl confirmed.  I got to the hotel 5 minutes in advance then called the PPS notifying I'm here.  He tells me he'll call me back.  10 minutes later I called him back wondering why it's taking so long, then he rudely tells me to wait.  So I waited, another 10 minutes later I called him back asking, "is the girl busy or are you out of rooms?".  He rudely tells me "if you want to see someone else, go to a different hotel.  If you want her then you wait!".  Seriously, it's been a long time already and I booked in advance, and he gave her to another bro 15 mins before I was supposed to arrive.

I thought since I wasted so much time already, I might as well wait.  When he finally called me back with the room number I went up to see her hoping to see a girl whose 5'7" or similar to find one that's 5'2".

This agency's such a waste of time for me.  Going to stick with the regular reputable agents such as LG, FS, S1, GS, etc....
