Howdy Gents -

Veteran American (see the handle) SF bay area mongerer with a 12 hour overnight layover in HK on a Saturday night, but first time poster and to the HK WG scene.  Checked out Tonytoro's great sticky post on HK's best & worst spots, definitely some quality intel on there and will likely be hitting up a couple of those spots.  Just wanted to see if any bros have updated news/recommendations on bars and hotels.  I'm not getting into HK International until 11 PM and with a 11 AM flight the next day, I'm looking for quality > quantity on a overnight.  Hari's seems like a nice option since it's right there at the Holiday Inn, but Wen Chai seems like the spot (with Neptune's 2 and Makati).  Keep in mind, I'm a complete n00b to the HK scene.

Anyways, flame away on a rookie if need be but any advice is good advice.  And if you're ever in the bay area, check out my ATF - http://forum.myredbook.com/dcforum2/DCForumID201/229555.html  She's a sweetheart and representative of the talent (preferably Korean, Japanese, Russian, or Chinese) I'm looking for - Long Lean Model-types.  My handle on RB is the same if you got questions bout the mongerering scene in the States.

Good luck bro. I would lower your expectations as the Koreans in the US are top notch. You won't find it in wan chai, they are all SE Asians(Thai, indo, Viet). You can find Chinese in LKF but its not a sure thing. I think your best bet is to book a HG overnight from a reputable agent. You can stay in their hotel as it usually starts at midnight.

In and out in 12 hours, no hotel room, and a preference for tall hot model types.  Very tough.

Hari's will have some Russians of mixed quality and some Mongolians.
Mongolians are tall and often curvy (if we're generalizing). Often neither type is particularly striking though(but sex appeal for sure).

Wan chai is good because you can drink basically all night, plenty of women around, and short time hotels in the area if you meet someone that strikes your fancy (don't worry the girl will know where to take you).

Generally the height and quality you seek will be tough though. Lots of hot girls, no question, but not often Russian or Korean. You'll find Latinas (Venezuelans. And Colombians) at Escape and Indos, Viets, Thais, and Filipinos most everywhere else).

Another option is the HG all nighter option as one bro suggested. This is risky as you may commit to an all nighter an not be impressed when you arrive or have no chemistry (perhaps worse).

I suggest Wan Chai but maybe be more open minded about your type. Those girls know how to make you feel good  no worries.

if you are in HK on a Friday or Saturday night then Hari's will probably give you what you are looking for. If not then around midnight it is only a 10 - 15 mins cab ride to Wan Chai anyway.

Neptune 2 is closed at the moment, lots of alternatives with Escape, Joe Banana's, J-Forrest, Makati being good options.

You should have little trouble having something nice back in your room by 1:30am which gives you ample time for fun before your return to airport. Nothing near airport of interest so you are doing the right thing heading into town.
