Hello my name´s Ivan and I´m from Mexico. First time I write here in this forum but have been mongering all over the world for 10 years . I visited Sanado Spa on my first visitto Macau in 2011 thanks to the useful information I found here on the web and want to say it was 3.5/5 strictly speaking.
I had 2 sessions, the first girl was all smiles and pleasant at the moment she danced at me but then at the room it was all hasty and rubish, The second one was a very good one and hope I can see her again I go back (sorry but I no longer remember the numbers). I think if I had read this forum before my experience would have been better as I had no real idea about the way a Nacau Spa works but now I´ve read many posts here I would like to ask you some simple questions, as I´m going back sometime this year:

1.- I remember the menu they gave me and they offered me either 60 mins or 90 mins with the girl, the guy who was attending me (was some kind of manager and he was the only guy in the spa along with some of the annoying masseusses who spoke "decent" english, no filipina manager at all) told me that if I chose 90 mins I could cum twice or maybe more, while the 60 mins session only gave you 1 cum, is this true or he lied me???

2.- The day I was there only 3 girls clearly greeted and smiled at me (including the one whose service was not good), is there an issue with foreigners there?? Don´t they like us at all or I just was unlucky that day??

I´m planning to comeback to this place and try also 18 sauna in case Sanado results as indifferent as it was last time I visited there, but I´m a man who likes to give second chances, if it was not for the second girl who really treated me nicely it would have been a real disaster. I have to mention both sessions I took where 60 mins each and I stupidly did not see the 90 mins session on the menu until the manager told me. Well hope you can answer my questions and give me some advice for having an enjoyable next time. Thanks in advance.

Not many girls at Sanado these days have been there for 2 years. Perhaps just one or two of them that I recall... But new flavor can be good too.

Sanado girls does give better service than 18 sauna girls in average though.

for the 60 min massage, its only 1 shot, 90 minutes its unlimited, so that is correct.

and you may have gone too early, usually theres about 10-20 girls around at least.....

Girl quality and quantity varies by time and many other factors that can't be avoided.

18 is a good experience, but please keep in mind that there is a lot of construction going on now that will affect your relaxing time.  Sessions with the girls should not be affected.

Sanado and 18 have diferent routines.  I would not say that the Sanado girls routine is any better than the 18 girls routine.  However, there is more variety of girls at 18.

That has been my experience as well. Sanado girls may not be as good looking as the girls at the high end saunas, such as East SPA/Rio/18, but they tend to be friendlier and give better service, IMO.

To add to what has been said already:

Try to go after 8pm to get the best selection of girls.

18 will have more girls than the other places.

18 will be more expensive than most of the others, on a par with Rio.

Familia Nobre is a more relaxed atmosphere without many of the gimmicks of East/Sanado/18, and about 30% cheaper. The facilities are still very nice. Still, if you want mind-blowing quantity, 18 is the place.

Service wise can also depend on how you look and groom, but generally it is a hit & miss with all sessions in my opinion.

Considering you've been mongering for 10 years, I am a little surprised by the comment.  Just like any service advertisements, whats presented for you wont always be same as when u r initially drawn to.

I mean, has anyone EVER seen a big mac that looks just like the picture on ad? Forget mcdonalds, even 141 pictures i wld say u r lucky if a girl matches 70 percent of picture.

Yes, foreigners are sometimes discriminated against in macau.  But im sure not all gringos sand asians are looked upon kindly upon in mexico either.  So U just have to take it in stride and be respectful of the industry and where you are.  Ive had terrible experiences in supposedly monger heaven destinations like phils or thailand.  Also had good experiences from very stuck up supermodel types after i was able to break through their shells.

You should know by now that you cant hit it out of the park every time u step up to bat.  You may even strike out every pnce in a while.  But thats part of how this indistry is, nay, how life is.  

Yes, 90 min is officially two shots.  Bt i dont think your first shot was a "disaster".  Her job was supposed to have sex with you.  That could mean a ton of things, but she did do it it seems.  If she didnt, then u can complain, but if she didnt give you gfe, well, just wanted to say thats part of it, and it sucks, but i dont think thats limited to macau saunas.

Hope you do give macau saunas another chance, and i do hope you meet someone you like.  Actually if you want more thorou, gfe like service, i would recommend not 18 sauna, and not chinese girls, who you will have trouble communicating with.  I would definitely suggest thais or vietnamese at Darling 1, which is now in its temporary location.  You can look up where in recent posts.

Some girls do sometimes have an issue with westerners, they immediately assume we're al hung like John Holmes and are gonna pound them into submission and yes there are always a few westerners who do cause a problem....sometimes it can be a simple language/communications issue but at most Saunas i've always been warmly welcomed as a westerner and always there's been a manager or someone who will be there to explain everything...especially at Sanado, East & Rio....18 the majority of management dont seem to care for anyone no matter what race!

As others have said, sometimes its up to you to break the ice, be playful, show them you're not the bad foreigner they might assume you are!

I speak a reasonable amount of Canto & very basic Mandarin, but often have asked which girls speak English for myself or for friends who are visiting

Ask the mgrs, the lounge waitress,es, masseuese and see who seems to be willing to give eye contact etc

At East & Sanado, they're majority Chinese girls, 18 & Rio seem to have more of a mix

Actually at sanado, 90 minutes is unlimited shots.... same for shuang fei or overnighter, though I've never been able to go more than 3 times.... lol

Same here. I've been there 3 times and visited Sanado, east SPA, Rio and 18, and I never had a problem with management.

Most of my issues were with the chicks I picked. I am a big sucker for eye candy and I can't help it. You put gazillion of girls in front of me, as they do in 18, and I am going to fall for the cutest. Results: often get bad service, compounded by my lack of communication in Chinese. However, I always have a great time with the massage ladies, as many of them speak some English.

Also, D1 was always there to save the day for me, as I always had a great time with the Vietnamese chicks.

does East have the same 90min policy?  how much extra is the 90 min

If I remember right East has the same 90 mins for unlimited. But the price I don't remember. You can get that package at the ferry terminals in Sheung wan. They have one just for unlimited 90 mins session. If i remember right, they don't give anything extra accept the ferry tickets and the 90 min session for that package
