Concerned about stds

hi all, first post here and im a total newbie.

I was wondering if anyone here ever picked up some stds from these 141 girls here in Hong Kong. Are there are any particular tips in avoiding them? ( other than wearing a condom ofc ) Like are there any particular
girls or areas that I should avoid here in Hong Kong? Or any other general helpful advice
I never tried sex with a prostitute before.
