I just want to know if i can nail a WG who doesnt know English. (Walk Up). Will she pick the call or will the agent to fix up an appointment? #12 Post at 14-4-2013 20:20  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Somewhat on subject (as the title would suggest anyway), I've even had trouble with WGs and Cantonese.  I'm Caucasian and understand that I might not hit all of the tones correctly, but just got a deer-in-headlights look.  Switching to my very limited Mandarin, she said she only speaks Mandarin.
