Was a bit bored so did some research.

If you check out Maria Ozawa's blog, it seems like shes in Japan rather than in HK. (sadly could only read the blogs via a translator).   

Secondly if you do a google images search on the other girls on the page, you will see the pics are all elsewhere, and that some are also japanese porn stars.  One girl i searched was also listed to be in Bali (escort service).Not IMPOSSIBLE that they are in HK, but seems more and more unlikely.
