I've been eyeing some walk-ups that are relatively cheap and have decent looking girls. However there seems to be a pattern with good looking girls and a lack of address - is this some sort of bait and switch, are they legit or do they simply want privacy? You can negotiate anal or some fetishes but I doubt you will be able to negotiate GFE.
