As far as I THINK - it's a program to "sponsor" sex141 with membership fee - which also opens up a plethora of special privileges on the forum and features like being able to access on an Android phone reports directly from the Gal's DB.

But all this only applies to the CHINESE SIDE of the forum and has nothing to do with our English side....which makes me wonder why the OP would even ask this question here?  I'd think that all the info/instructions etc are already all clearly spelled out on the Chinese side - no?

Since we do not post the 141 rival site links here... I believe we are affiliated with the Chinese 141... it's actually a question I've always wanted to ask. Are we affiliated with the Chinese 141? I assume we are.

Is there a way to access to all those info in the chinese side for those who dont know chinese?

Correct me if I am wrong but it seems that there are actually a lot of pictures and reports about girls that are not mentioned inthe english forum.....

One country 2 systems as far as the Chinese /English sides are concerned.
Owned/operated by the same owner/Admin - but run totally independently/separately by 2 different set of Mods.

As far as accessing the Chinese side by non-Chinese readers - there USED to be detailed instructions posted up by a senior member - but he's been banned and his posting of such instructions has disappeared.

And I think there's somewhere another instruction - but such is ancient/out-dated instructions which no longer works after the Chinese side got up-grades.

Maybe this discussion will inspire "somebody" to put up a thread outlining updated instructions on how to to access the Chinese side for Non-Chinese readers.  

But as far as Reports and pictures on the Chinese side - you'll soon find that such are NOT as "unbiased" as those found on this side - IMHO, quite a few agents and guys with hidden agendas posting over there.  But what do I know

There are far more pictures of available girls on the chinese site.  One pic per report with usually multiple reports on the same girls.  I am not a photo expert but from the look of the majority of the photos, the pics aren't photoshopped.  There are a few photos/reports that are obviously fake because the photos are too good quality. Of-course, even with real photos, the service reported maybe not be as stated.  

If one was interested in seeing a particular girl, it would a good idea to search the chinese forum for their real photo first.  Browsing the forum is simple once you figure out how to create an account.  Google translate is useful if you're stuck on something.

Ok, this seems far more complicated than I thought. I was hoping it would unlock more functionality, like reports, comments or zooming the handheld pictures. I have no idea what is actually on offer since I dont read chinese. Didnt know that the chinese and english side are seperated.

I have to do without then.  Will report once Im back home and have access to a computer.
