I'm looking to go to Macau on Sunday to meet up with a friend (who is on vacation from the US). We both know next to nothing about the punting scene in Macau. I know a fair bit of the HK scene, and only have gone to Macau once to Golden Sauna through a package bought in HK ferry terminal about a year ago (suggested by one of the agents there). I would like to know if anyone can suggest a sauna that has good quality (look, body and service) and ranges from $1500-$2000. I paid about $1500 last year at Golden Sauna and had a pretty good girl and service, but it was also my first time so I have nothing to compare. I'm not looking to buy a package at the HK ferry terminal this time; instead plan on paying upfront at the sauna that you guys suggest. Prior to going to the sauna, I plan on going to a couple casinos so if anyone can suggest some good casinos for North American style Black Jack too it'd be appreciated.

Contrary to your thinking, I'd still buy the package at the ferry just as you did the first time.  Hopping around saunas is expensive and time consuming.  Rio, 18, Golden, East, Sanado.  They all have beautiful girls, and they all provide good value for money.  I wouldn't try to "dial it in" this early in your Macau punting career.  Relax and have fun.

Can't help you with the Blackjack but the weakest poker game is at Grand Lisboa.

Within the vicinity of Golden Sauna are the Beverly Sauna, and Supreme Sauna at the Fortuna hotel w/c you can request to show up the selection of girls before you pay.
It's certainly much better if you can scan the girls before you commit yourself w/c sauna to try.
Also there's Sanado Spa just beside the Holiday Inn and across the MetroPark Hotel where you can eat and drink all you can and enjoy the showtime with the girls.
Premium saunas like RIO and 18 Sauna are just there but it will cost you over 2k and you can only view the girls after you pay for the entrance.
Lastly Darling 1 at the Jai Alai Bldg near the ferry terminal where you can also view all the girls just upon entry but the downside is, its a punt and go whore house so you can't stay long to rest and eat for free.

Just a tip if you want to save a few bucks: If you plan to visit one particular sauna, you can still get a basic package at the Shun Tak centre that covers the ferry cost and basic sauna entrance and then upgrade if necessary to a sex package by just paying the difference.

Most bros recommend East Spa or Sanado for the most fun and service. However this is subjective since everyone will have their favourities

Does the girls in Macau speak english or cantonese?

I went to Macau the night before National Day last year; my HK friend who's born in Macau showed me around;
he brought me to one of the lobbys of one of the hotels - lots and lots of nice looking WG's walking around,
parading infront of 100s of guys in the lobby area; but the pimps (who were PRC guys) were also there, 2 of them followed
me to the bathroom and asked me if I wanted to try any.. but they were charging $1000HKD for only 30mins

Depending on what ethic group, most working girls don't speak English or Cantonese in Macau. For Russian, Thailand, and Vietnamese, I find on average, they understand more English than girls from PRC. For PRC girls, most only understand a few words of Cantonese. The good thing almost ALL managers understand Cantonese.

For local girls, I would say ALL of the speak and understand Cantonese.
