As far as I know, it's only available in Chinese. This website has been around for years, even back in 2007 when I first moved here. It's actually a really popular website and it's well known among locals in Hong Kong since most people live with parents here. You'd have to use Google Translate, sorry bro. If there are specific hour hotels you're looking for in a specific region, just post and I'm sure me/other bros can help you out.
