There are many women who feel a penis penetrated the full length as painful.

On both ends ur will find the extremes.
Even when u subdivide the girls in 5 and 6 foot tall girls,

The average vagina is indeed 10 cm in length. And if you like to convert it (in your size theory), then:
If a 1.65 m tall girl result in 10cm, then a 1.85 girl would be about 12% more.
So 12% at 10 cm would be 1.2 cm more (half inch). So nothing you really notice.

Vaginal size length (not tightness) is relatively the same in most women because of reproductive reasons.
Most children are relatively the same size at birth so a woman's reproductive system would be the right size

This is only related vaguely to the OP.  But I had a Chinese friend from KK once tell me the thought among her friends in Malaysia.  The size of a woman's mouth is proportional to the size of her vagina.  Big mouth = big vagina.  

Not really sure what that meant for her culture, but if true, did your little Filipino have a big or small mouth ?
